I found it impossible to get Attorney assistance during the pandemic shutdown. Then I was referred to Robert Wells by a distant acquaintance.
Mr. Wells was quick to get back to me.
After considerable review and explicit explanation of my case I was advised by Atty. Wells to postpone legal action until the pandemic clears. Though disappointed in delay recommendation, I am satisfied it was the right call at this time.
Atty. Wells and support staff (Heather in particular) are knowledgeable,
committed and professional. I will most certainly return for future legal services when pandemic restrictions

I noticed one review about this firm said they were billed at $200 an hour. This review was written on 11/10/20, I asked for a quote on 3/10/21 and I was quoted $400 per hr with $2,500 for the retainer. Price gouging when people need help the most. Only to find out Mrs. Lopez was very pessimistic and wasted my time when I was in a crunch. Your better off calling another attorney. Real snakes!

This "thank you note" is long overdue. Here's my story:
I was shocked to learn from the news that tenants unable (or unwilling?) to pay rent cannot be evicted because they are protected by the California eviction moratorium. I thought it would last only for a couple of months, but it became obvious to me that the moratorium could go on forever.

Waste of time. Left a message and received a call back from a person in his office. The person that called me took my name and said he would call back in a few minutes to schedule an appointment for that day or the next. Never heard back. When I called a couple days later he said sorry that he spoke with Mr wells and that due to his schedule would not have time? Waited No call back? Had to call them to have them tell me that? Waste of time.

I had a phone appt for eviction for my non paying tenant with his law clerk. I then wanted an appointment with Mr Wells. It would be for an hour at $200. It was the next day after I called. We went there and waited. Finally a lady there asked who we were waiting for. Wells I said. Well after she text him I found out it was for a phone conversation? What? I brought papers for him to look over. Sorta hard to do when he's not there

In my last review in 2016, I said that if I ever needed Mr. Robert Wells services again, I would not hesitate to call him! That time did unfortunately come again a few months! I had a tenant/roommate that

Robert Wells and his office team helped me to resolve a tenant issue so I could sell my house and move on with my life. He made sure all of the paperwork was done and served correctly so that my tenant finally paid the last months rent and moved out at the end of the 30 days notice.
