I've been with farmer's for years. I would trust no one else with my insurance. Anytime I have a question, and I have alot, Elly Carnes can always get me answers. She's polite and patient and gets the job done. Rick Case's farmer's office is the best because they care. Customer service is always above and beyond. That's what I look for in all of my dealings.
