Terrible place to buy a tire… they will not check your tire prior to driving off. So which means if you have purchased a used tire and it has defects, you will be held accountable for that. Driving off the Lott you will be told well you left so who’s to say you didn’t run something over.. of course right lol. Just don’t buy used tires from here they will sale you anything and tell you well it was used. They sale you a bad used tire in order to return to offer to sale you a new tire and cover the difference and of course get their defect used tire back to resale it. Pretty smart but bad

I personally would not trust the service at this location. Purchased a used tire just for it to have a leaking issue, then upon returning to the store for a exchange the owner stated that not all the tires they sale are good. If that’s the case as a service all used tires should be expected upon leaving the store. Don’t truss their integrity. Terrible service and I will not be recommending your location and I will be sure To let people aware as well as surround areas how bad your location performs.

The manager and the employees were extremely professional, definitely competitive price, all the other places I had called were at least $30-$50 more expensive. They got me in and out as fast as possible there was a wait which is understandable. The bathroom was very clean I was very impressed but the service itself was exceptional. I will definitely be back

I went to U Tire Center for the first time today to have one of my tires replaced. Found the staff to be very polite and professional. The service was prompt, done with a smile, and at a reasonable price. I have had bad experiences with the last two tire shops I did business with here in Douglasville so this was a breath of fresh air for me. I will definitely use them for my future tire needs. Don't judge a book by its cover. Found this place while looking to get new tires on my vehicle. Initially I did what every normal person would do and I did research. Found a few quotes online, then looked for tire chains. Once satisfied, I went to the local Tires Plus. The staff was a little serious, but they quoted me a good price. Next I asked them when I could bring my vehicle and how long it would take. Their answer, come back tomorrow morning, and it will probably take 2 - 3 hours.
