Karen Scott at Page Taft was our agent when we were buying a house in Guilford and she was fantastic. She was very proactive about trying to find my husband and I the "unique" house we said we wanted and was completely patient with us when we looked at many, many of those and then decided to put an offer in on a pretty standard Colonial. She wasn't at all pushy, like a few other agents we met, and was very flexible about what sort of contract we signed with her initially.
