He took the time to explain what was causing the issues and described what the best course of action would be prior to working on me.
Following the office visits, I was sent home with stretches and exercises to help strengthen the area to prevent future injury.

Dr Janda is the man! He really knows what he’s doing and is very thorough in his explanations. He knows how to reword medical terms in a way that doesn’t confuse me when I tel him I don’t understand something or when I ask how something should/shouldn’t be. He’s backed by a staff that is knowledgeable and friendly! Never nervous about asking a… question here because everyone is eager to ensure I know what’s going on and be sure I have all my questions answered.
