I am a Certified Online Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer, as well as the owner and founder of Kafoury Fitness. Born and raised in Portland, OR, sports have been a part of my life since childhood. Health, fitness, and sports performance grew into a passion that I now share with others.
