I was a first time buyer back in 2014 and from touring potential homes to closing escrow my experience with Randy was effortless. I was freaked out and there was no reason to be, because he and Artisan Sothebys had my back. I bought a townhome at a great price that I wanted to spend and could afford. Then when my puppy out grew my patio in 2016 and I was looking for a single family home AGAIN effortless. I did upgrades to my townhome and Randy sold it well over what I thought it would sell. I bought my new home at a very reasonable price as well as escrow was worked out so that my sale and purchase
