Terrible and shady business practices. One of our clients was fed up with the poor service they were receiving from Sysnovo and came to us for a website redesign. We soon found out that Sysnovo had the client's domain name, hosting account and email accounts registered under them.
We thought it would be simple, requesting these be transferred into the client's name. Unfortunately, Richard at Sysnovo is a dishonest individual. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with Hrach and the team. I was amazed by their fast work and impressed by their prices.
