I have seen many people who are facing criminal charges being treated poorly. Whether it was a prosecutor that wanted to assert power without a thought to justice or by a defense attorney who didn't have the time or the ability to make sure their client was treated fairly by the system. I started practicing criminal defense with the goal of providing people with an attorney who has both the ability and time to focus on their clients.
Finding yourself facing criminal charges can be scary, confusing, and frustrating. A criminal record resulting from a conviction on any type of charges can have lasting and far-reaching results that can affect everything from your ability to work to your rights to educational assistance and even to vote.
Whether it is your first offense or a repeat incident, receiving a Driving under the Influence (DUI) or Driving While Impaired (DWI) sentence in Oklahoma City, or anywhere in Oklahoma for that matter can have serious, lifelong consequences. From hefty fines to jail time and possible license revocation, knowing your rights can be the key difference between minimizing the potential criminal charges against you and having to go to jail.
Being arrested, charged with, or convicted of a crime can have a devastating impact on your life. Your criminal records can be viewed by anyone with an internet connection - and can also be used against you. Fortunately, there is a process by which you may be able to have your criminal records sealed.
Section 26 of the bill of rights to the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma states, "The right of a citizen to keep and bear arms in defense of his home, person, or property, or in aid of the civil power, when thereunto legally summoned, shall never be prohibited; but nothing herein contained shall prevent the Legislature from regulating the carrying of weapons."

Initially they act like they are there to help. Don’t let them fool you. The will take your money and run. Been trying to contact them for months now, through the only contact number you get which is Alexis, and cannot get them to reply for the life of me. Find some one professional who respects you and knows how to communicate. Communication is vital between an attorney and their client. They don’t seem to understand that.

Unfortunately I needed Angela’s help but after working with Alexis and Angela I knew I made the right choice. They make you feel comfortable and are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend her to anyone who needs legal assistance. Very professional. Very kind. Very effective.

Angela has been great to deal with, she listened to what we needed to get done, she was honest, up-front and fair on price! She is a real go-getter and absolutely would recommend to anyone needing a great attorney! She made something that was so stressful so much easier and quick!

I've never needed a lawyer before, and was completely unaware of how any process's work. Angela has represented me exceptionally. She has always answered my texts/emails promptly and has never seemed irritated with the millions of questions I've asked. I whole heatedly believe Angela cares about her clients and it shows.

Ive dealt with a few different attorneys in the past and I have to honestly say Angela Singleton was easily the best. Hands down. She helped the process go smoothly, provided excellent counsel, and my case ended with the best possible result I couldve imagined. If you're searching for a lawyer... look no further.

I became a client of Angela’s at the beginning of January. I have had a couple different attorneys in the past for custody hearing. This time was because I got in to a little trouble a few years ago while going through a separation and I made some bad choices. I went to jail for the first time ever. For a misdemeanor. I got to see how the system worked and how difficult it can be to navigate through. Until Angela became my lawyer. Everything became easier. She was patient with my procrastination. She treated me like a person. Not a criminal. She made sure I understood everything that was going
