The team at complete wellness works so well together because we all bring different talents to the office. We understand that every patient is different, so we draw on strengths from each doctor to deliver better care for each individual. Dr. Mike Borgert has always had a focus on health and wellness.
We call ourselves Complete Wellness because we will implement a variety of treatments to achieve the best results for each individual. Complete Wellness Health Center has developed a wide variety of services over the years to treat the conditions we see coming to us. Healthy active people can develop common conditions from tendonitis to thyroid issues.
I am a group fitness instructor and coach which is a job that requires a lot of physical activity. Due to pains I had in my neck, shoulders and back it got hard to keep up with my work schedule so I came to complete Wellness in hopes of getting that fixed. One of my biggest problems is headaches. When I saw my x-rays the doctors pointed out my cervical curve.
Located in the heart of downtown Apex on Salem street our office is convenient to highways 55, 64 and 540. This is the original complete wellness location which was originally known as Borgert Family Chiropractic. Since opening the practice has grown due to our wonderful patients who not only feel better after treatment but also refer their friends and family.
After only a couple of weeks of care under Dr. Borgert, I no longer needed medication for reflux (which had become almost a daily need), and I began to sleep and feel much better. After a couple of months of care, I had the energy (and motivation) to make a commitment to a high-intensity workout routine which led to numerous positive outcomes.

This place is awesome!!!!!!! I reluctantly chose to see anyone for my constant knee pain (because men do this), but after the 1st consultaion i agreed to try the options for treatment. There has been a great improvement on the knee, I have all but thrown my cane away, the brace I was wearing is at home in a drawer now, there has been a big turnaround for me. From walking a few steps to now moving without pain!!!! Can't say thank you enough!

I have been going to this chiropractor for around two-three years now and I absolutely love it! The transformation I have seen in my body since starting treatment is incredible. I walked into my first appointment with constant headaches, joint problems, and an assortment of other issues and now the vast majority of my problems have greatly dissipated if not disappeared completely. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Sogoal Feizi and the team at the Brier Creek location of Complete Wellness. I’ve been going for several months for chiropractic care for maintenance and I can always get an appointment when I need one and the staff is so kind to me and my 2 children. I had been putting off going to a chiropractor for my neck/back troubles since working remotely and/or in the office stuck at a computer for at least 8 hours a day. This is a great place to get well. They try and approach the problem from every perspective as possible. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They will work with your needs to make sure you receive the best care possible. Dr. Mike and staff are awesome! Haven’t felt this great in years from a permanent neck injury. Have seen other chiropractors in the past but they don’t compare to the principles of Max Living which Dr. Mike’s office is apart of. It’s the best and has helped me feel incredible as well as given me mobility back in my neck and back that I haven’t had in the past. Check them out you will feel so much better!
