Jay is our Automotive Service Manager. He has an ASC Degree in Automotive Technology and was an ASC Master Technician for 10 years. He's been with NSG since 2013 with a total of 30+ years in the Auto repair Industry! Joe has been with us since 2018 and is one of our General Service Technicians. He specializes in tires, brakes, and alignments and has more than 27 years in the industry.

As a single mom with 2 kids that knows little about tires, Julie was able to help me with the brand I needed, cost and appointment. After noticing a slice in my sidewall, my Explorer was fitted with 2 new tires the next day. Julie was patient, kind and understanding. I will definitely return when I need to replace the remaining 2 tires.

These people put on a front acting nice to get you in. I've been coming to this place for 2 1/2 yrs come to realize they have been ripping me off with high prices that not even price for certain parts. So as they fix your car incorrectly multiple time, they refuse to give you a refund! I referred my friend there and they haven't fix his car right neither! I will never go back and I will not send no one else to them!

Took my truck in for what I assumed was a broken or failing CV joint, mechanic looked at it informed me that that was not the case at all it was a skid plate that was rattling and making the same sound. So instead of charging me a ton of money and exploiting the situation, they were completely honest and up front and informed me that no work was needed to be done but that my tires were out of balance and was causing the rattling and I could take it from there

I recently went here to get a tire plugged for convenience, I picked up a small screwdriver from the road, should have been a simple fix .. Not the case, they made the hole a lot bigger and claimed I needed a new tire, I said I could plug it, then they gave me my tire and rim back separated. I said please put the tire back on the rim, went home, plugged the tire, and I have been riding on the tire with no issues ever since......The point is....don't play games, just to sell product !! *Servere Lack of Integrity*

So far we can't offer a good rating. Had engine replaced in a truck, they said transmission needed work and referred us to a shop they work alongside of. Transmission rebuilt but still not running as it should, transmission shop said it was engine so back to Newnan Station it goes. Paid CASH between the two shops (almost $10k) in it now and It sat for a week and not touched. Given dates their diagnostic people would be in to check it but didn't happen in the time-line given. Now the waiting game is back on. Time is of the essence and they knew that....especially when it's your business truck. They
