I had my new business insurance with Tank Rae for two years, ending this June ('17).
They sold me a policy with Lloyds London. For $2,500 per year, I felt pretty well protected. The policy was over 100 pages long and I didn't understand all of it, so I counted on LaDell LaRue to make the best choices for me.
Unfortunately, I had a catastrophic water leak at my business (Aug '16) and Lloyd's refused to pay as it was an empty building and only covered sprinkler systems, not pipe leaks/breaks.
The result has cost me over $30,000, which has delayed my business opening by 2-3 years.
