I had a visit with this office today and I had an awesome experience! I moved to Cookeville from out of state and the process to switch my insurance over was really smooth. Everyone in the office was very nice and welcoming and made me feel comfortable and valued immediately. I chose this location based on the great Google reviews and they were right!

Really like the atmosphere of the office Mr Ervin sat down spent time with me explaining my plan and options..I really now understand what my policies are about not like the other agent I was with. When you have a agent...you should be able to face to face with them and this office I can see there will be no problem ...

Inherited my State Farm agent from my Dad. He retired and passed his clients on to Elwood. And Elwood has continued to deliver the high level of service that you expect from an Insurance Agent with the backing and resources of a huge insurance company like State Farm. An Internet based insurance company might be a bit cheaper, but it'll never come close to having someone to talk to face to face that understands what he's doing. I intend to pass Elwood along to my son when the time is right.

Thank goodness for small towns and the staff getting to know just about each client. I can say that stopping in with or without an appointment, I am ALWAYS greeted with a cheerful smile and kind words. I don't think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes while they wrapped up with another client. And even on the phone, I feel like I'm talking to a family member. Thank you STATE FARM!
