As always, the service at Premier is outstanding! The staff is professional and courteous, and they promote a "family-like" feeling. Along with the requested service/repair, they advise me, well in advance, of upcoming services necessary in order to avoid jeopardizing my warranty. Premier is my "automotive peace-of-mind" place!

My car was starting to overheat. My first thought was it was a thermostat or a bad water pump. I knew it was leaking coolant but couldn’t determine where. I got to the shop early and Corey said I could keep the vehicle there and he would call me once he knew what was wrong. Nothing was said about a diagnosis fee. When I was called back, I was told there’s good news and bad news. Good news was the part was cheap ($99) bad news it was a dealer only part. I told Corey to go ahead with the job. Was quoted $397, but had no idea it was only a simple hose with a couple clips. This is a easy job. When

These folks are the very best. Only ones I let put a wrench to my trucks. You don't stay in the auto repair business (or ANY business) for very long around these parts by screwing folks over. These guys are top notch. Today I brought my Cadillac in as something was flapping underneath. I didn't have an appointment but was willing to make one. They got it right on the lift, diagnosed and fixed the issue and bid me a good day without any charge. Yes it was a quick easy fix, but this is how you retain your customers by treating them fairly. I'll definitely be back, this is where I go for care and maintenance. Thanks guys!

Best group in the Cocoa Beach area for any & all "mechanic'n".... I've had the pleasure of having my Tundra fixed on 2 different issues, latest being the A/C. Take it from someone who knows but there is NO dealership that can hold up to Premier Auto. They know how to do it right the FIRST TIME and they know how to treat their customers. Glod blessed Chris and Keith with patience as much as I called them to ask them questions about my truck. Top notch business and if you go to any dealership, consider yourself warned..... you will get screwed and end up having to fix more then needed to get fixed when you leave. Trust me, there are 2 that I am no longer allowed in due to me catching them making my truck worse.

I usually do my own work on my vehicles so trusting anyone else is not what I'm used to. I needed my timing chain changed and some minor parts changed. They were fair quick and extremely understanding about explaining the process. Today I needed to figure out why I could not get the spark plugs out myself and they graciously allowed me to use one of their tools for me to finish the job!! I love them!
