We are open with regular business hours at this time and are following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the steps we can take to prevent virus spread. We are providing curbside service for appointments, pick-ups, drop-offs, and medication and food refills.

Everyone was polite, professional and efficient. Dr. Bolick was excellent with our little 4.8 lb., Ellie, who is very timid and fears many things. His calming presence created trust, and the canned cheese didn't hurt! 😉 Total Bond was everything that I was looking for in a Veterinary Clinic/Hospital. Hopefully, none of our trips will be for sick visits, but we're very happy that Ellie is now established with Dr. Bolick, and Total Bond, for ALL of her routine care. Every Princess deserves the best! 💞

I just moved to the area and this place came up a few times in recommendations. We were worried when leaving our old vet we had been going to for years. We were well take care of at TotalBond and they answered all my questions. To those worried about the cost, I felt the pricing was fair for the services I was being provided.

I have taken my young dog here for a couple months since we just moved to the area. He also got fixed here. Doctor and the team are very thorough and so polite over the phone. (I haven’t been inside due to COVID) Pricing for getting my boy fixed was very reasonable as well. So glad I found them.. good vets are hard to come by!

I have a very skittish cat and am so pleased with the information provided by the receptionist when making the appointment for my cat. The time in the exam room was all about the comfort of my cat as they provided every opportunity to help her calm, including music. The exam by Dr. Epstein went smoothly with absolutely no sign of anxiety from patient even during rabies injection. He provided helpful information to watch for over the years and sent in a tech to draw blood. I did not give a 5 star rating due to no success in drawing blood. Great vet hospital. I have been taking by dogs to Paw Creek for several years. The staff are very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Dr. Spangler is an amazing vet. I took my 3 year old GSD to him and found out my dog has a very rare form of Lupus. Dr. Spangler has been wonderful in researching this disease and treating my dog. He keeps me informed of any new information he finds out about this horrible disease and even works after hours to learn all he can so he can give my dog the best treatment possible. He truly cares about animals and wants to do everything he can to help

I called and made a grooming appointment over a week in advance. I was placed on hold for literally 20 minutes just for her to 'check on the price', which was quoted at $75. I arrived for the appointment and was told my dog wasn't on their calendar AT ALL. Furthermore, they didn't even have a groomer there that day, just a bather. So disappointed- after spending money for an exam & grooming- my dog was shaved with a zero razor & he was raw. I was told he had a level 4 heart murmur. Told the test would be $350. I was concerned about an ear infection- & was told he was fine. There groomer also told me just keep his ears clean. Took him for a second opinion- dog had NO heart murmur- his right ear was really infected & dirty!

They took advantage of my 74 year old mother by selling her a kitty package that she can't afford and does not need. I called and spoke with the office manager about cancelling the package and they want to charge her a $50 cancellation fee which once again stated she is a senior citizen on a fixed income and they still would not remove the charges.

I do not recommend. Let's just say my experiences were not good. My animals have received much much much better care elsewhere. They were diagnosed with conditions at other vet and treated aggressively which was never done at paw creek. Dr CArnevale is rude to staff and total bond euthanized several healthy animals that lived there due to taking up space and using resources. Do not recommend AT ALL.

Great veterinary clinic, this location and the one at Mt Island as well. I use this one specifically for boarding and spa services for my Golden and they know us by name though it might have been a few months since the last visit. The vets are all super nice and if they are booked when you are trying to get in they'll work with you to get you in at the Mt Island location a few miles down the road (great people there too!). Boarding is inexpensive at $22/day-night which allows your pet play time outside. They have a large outside play area! I've been on the wellness plan for 2 years which
