Eagle (the highest point on St. Croix).

Well, they pressured me into thinking that right off the bat, I absolutely had to have a "prequalification letter just to talk, to them at all, it was "the rules". We had taken days to get to St. Croix, to buy property, had our phone cords stolen, and were barely able to get messages. Then, when I asked where we should meet to give "our proof of funds", they said "didn't you get the previous text we sent you????". Which, didn't have the address in it at all. Very snotty attitude, very rude. We are multi million dollar investors, hard in between sales to easily "prove to them" our funds, which they
