Mark and his team at SolarTecture did a fantastic job replacing our old leaky wooden solarium. We still marvel at how they were able to diligently fit the new updated and much sturdier solarium components to existing walls and the roof of the house. Unlike before, the new solarium has truly become a comfortable extension of our house. The temperature is now well regulated, and there is no more wind blowing through. Solartecture did a great job transforming our large deck into a year-round sunroom. We had talked with other builders who couldn't figure out how to integrate the roof lines, but with his years of experience and a can-do attitude, Mark figured it out. Although we were disappointed with the initial timeline delays, when it came time for the construction, they worked efficiently and with high quality. Used them to service a Four Seasons sunroom in a house we recently purchased that hadn't been resealed in 20 years. Very prompt response to our initial call. Mark did a very careful and thorough job that comes with a 1 year guarantee. Very pleased with the work. Highly recommend them to anyone thinking of installing a sunroom or with a sunroom needing maintenance. Also looking into having them install a solar panel system.

Mark Porter came to our home to give us a bid for a sunroom. We decided on 200 square feet, 20 x 10. The work was completed in 4 weeks despite rain throughout November 2018. The crew - Marquez, Carlos, George and others - were very polite, respectful and hardworking. The room is sturdy, weathertight, beautiful. Now that the room is built, I can see that Mark's suggestions -- three larger windows instead of four, a door that slides left-to-right instead of right-to-left -- make for improved visual appeal. These folks designed and built a sunroom in the back of our home. The results were spectacular but I give them my five-star not only because of the finished product but because of the way the team worked with me and my family. Altogether 6 people were involved including professionals pouring cement etc. Everyone was top-of-the-line. I highly recommend them.

Repower Monterey did an excellent job on my house in Salinas. I've been putting off getting Solar because I just got a new roof -- but my energy bill has just been through the roof (pun intended) so I needed to do something. I Googled the number and spoke to the front office lady, who was just delightful, and I quickly got in contact with George. We had Slolartecture put in a sun room in our house in 2001. We have worked on it several times to keep the interface between it and the wood walls from leaking. It has leaked the entire time. We now need to do major renovation because of this leaking. We've replaced hard wood flooring and wall board because of this problem. Unless you are making a standalone structure, do not use Solartecture in your home.
