I’d been using Progressive for about 12 years and when Christiana mentioned in conversation that she could see if State Farm could offer a better rate and coverage, so I asked her for a quote. The quote she sent back was detailed and explained quite well and the rate was going to save me about $20/month AND I’d have better coverage than I had with my now former insurance carrier.

As a young college graduate beginning a venture into the "real world," the topic of insurance is of prevalence and complexity. However, Evan, an agent who represents this branch helped console me on my confusions and explained things thoroughly and informatively. He helped get me quotes on what was needed at the best rates possible and I am very fortunate to have found an agent who cares about their clients as he does.

I was with another insurance company for several years, the origin agent explained all 4 of my policies and was very helpful when I hail damage claim in 1997. Sadly, eventually he sold the agency due to poor health. The fellow who took the agency over could not possibly have been less interested in the insurance business or his clients.
What a wonderful change walking into Jason Laube’s State Farm office. Friendly, knowledgeable staff (Christiana Helgesen) reviewed and took the time to explain our various policies to us; we ended up with better coverage for substantially less cost.

Because we know one of the new agents (Christiana Helgesen), we were asked to have a review of our coverage. We were a little disenchanted with our old agent for his lack of attention to our situation. Christiana provided detailed information and gave accurate information in detail that was a big change in our experience. Switching companies, which, going into the appointment we were reticent to do, was an easy decision. Very happy with our decision.

Much love for the Laube's, Jake however specifically. He was the blessing I didn't know I needed. I was with Progressive for almost a decade. But was paying rather high rates for three cars and renters insurance. Mostly due to things I did when I was young and dumb, but I was constantly seeing my premiums fluctuate for pretty much no reason these last couple of years. I was paying over $300 a month when Jake reached out to me about insurance. When he quoted me for almost under half of what I was paying how could I turn that down?
