Services
E-dreamz utilizes a ticket-based Help Desk system to support our clients who make routine site update or maintenance requests. To submit a ticket, either visit our Help Desk Client Portal. From there, your request will be reviewed and responded to by a member of our support staff through phone or email, very similar to the way you have worked previously with our account managers.

We used E-Dreamz to completely redo our website about a year and a half ago. Our old website was very outdated and not functional. Our new one is beautiful and gets us lots of compliments. Most importantly, it allows us to post content that gets us more website traffic and leads. They did a great job and are still available to answer our questions and add updates over a year later.
