Dr. Otis is a licensed mental health counselor, a licensed Clinical Pastoral counselor, Advanced Certification, and a Clinical Pastoral and Mental Health Supervisor. She is a member of the National Christian Counselors Association, the American Association of Christian Counselors, and the Manatee Carenet.
