Martin decided to come onto my property without my permission and take pictures of my house. I have spoken with a lawyer and without the tenants permission he is not allowed to take pictures of my home. When called out on it his assistant was extremely snotty in the background claiming they had permission from our neighbors? Very unprofessional and rude.

I am so surprised at the other reviews here. Anyway, we had the BEST experience ever with Roger and Mary Hansen. We had interviewed two girls at another agency but we felt an instant connection with both Roger and Mary. They were positive and informative. We were out of state sellers and they made us feel very comfortable and encouraged us through the whole process. They took FABULOUS photos and had our home listed by September 1, 2016. We had an offer on October 22, 2016 - 7 weeks! We closed by the end of November and everything went so smoothly. We couldn't have been happier

It took 2 years to sell my house and the only reason it sold is because I reduced the price on my own, $40,000 less than Remax's recommended listing price. Communication was non existent. Phone calls weren't returned. Their sign In my yard blew down and was never put back up. The agent bragged about how many homes he had sold. When I asked him why he hadn't sold mine, he said, "I have no idea." Living in Florida, after my house FINALLY sold, I asked the agent to help me turn in my TV satellite before closing. She wouldn't even return my call. I bet they were at closing

I have been buying & selling RE since 1984. Emailed Kaye Matthews @ this Remax about one of her listings. After 2 days with no response I called her office and was given the run around. Finally she called me back and was pissed I had left a message with her boss about her lack of response to me. I was working as a buyers agent for a client that was very interested in her listing. Kaye was very uncooperative and treated me like I knew nothing. Finally I had to get another Remax broker to let us in the listing. My client wanted to make an offer, at the time Kaye had this prop listed almost 2
