This place is a joke and I want to let others know about them ! I have had this insurance company since 2014 haven’t had problems until recently Alecia helped me throughout the years and apparently she is no longer there and it’s new people that I’ve never dealt with I’ve always contacted Alecia she was great . I recently contacted them to re write my policy because I needed to change it to a renters policy and Cheryl tells me she will rewrite it a month before my policy cancels which was 3 months away from the date I called and asked it to be redone . I then contact the actual company
