I had a terrible experience with Bodhi, that left me thinking this company might be a scam.
I saw an apartment; decided to pursue it; filed the background check; passed the background check; but then I was forced to delay signing the lease because of my own extenuating circumstances.
When my circumstances subsided, I called again. For 2-weeks I got no response. When I finally got a response, I looked at the apartment again, and again I said I would sign. I went to sign but some details on the lease were incorrect. Bodhi modified the lease and I went to sign it but the DocuSign would not

I am currently renting under Michael and Bodhi Real Estate. We have had a leakage issue in our bathroom and kitchen (mind you it’s only a 350 sq ft apartment so that’s basically.. the whole apartment ceiling) has been leaking since the month after we moved in. Each time we have called in a maintenance request, the property manager and staff has ignored our requests and even at one point threatened us by saying, “you should look for a new place to live.” Meanwhile, we have had God knows what draining down from our ceiling for almost the length of our entire lease!

I have been renting from Bodhi for 3 years and would recommend them to anyone. The building is older but in a great location and the rent is pretty reasonable considering what other things are going for around here. Colleen is great handling the maintenance issues and everything has always been taken care of quickly. I won't be moving anytime soon.

Rented an apartment for many years and they handled everything professionally. While renting, the vast majority of my dealings with Bodhi have been with Colleen,she is sincere and fantastic at her job.One of the main worries for renters is how an agency handles the return of the security deposit once moving out, etc. Bodhi handled the return of the security deposit and lease ending process professionally and proactively. I highly recommend them.

I had a disappointing experience with Bodhi real Estate. They represent some "hot" properties in Bryn Mawr. I called the office and spoke with the rental guy on two occasions, set up a viewing appointment only to have it cancelled the night before the appointment. Apparently the broker had already agreed to show the home to someone else in May and I guess he assumes they will take it. Not sure why the rental guy and broker aren't on the same page. There seems to be lack of communication between these two and they didn't seem to care about the potential client. Skip the office

I am a current tenant in a property managed by Bodhi. From the beginning, they've been nothing but transparent and straightforward, which is something that I value. For example, I saw a listing for my current apartment on a Thursday, made an appointment to see it the next day, and had a signed lease within the week. When I contact them with a question or concern (which is rare), they've always responded immediately and given me a solid answer. Please disregard the review left by vo, the ceilings are so low a baby could change the bulbs I do all the time because who wants a million calls about a light bulb, yes the contractor took it. I told him too. He also showed up on Christmas eve to fix your leaking running toilet, he also went through the entire building and told each tenant face to face he was painting expect wet paint 24/7 for the next 2 weeks. He also showed me the text where he offered to Have your purse professionally cleaned, but you declined by saying it's "only a $60 purse" he's also a full-time worker

I rented an apartment from them for over two years (they were Main Line Executive Management prior to Bodhi) and have nothing but good things to say. They were very helpful in finding an apartment that fit my needs and throughout the whole time renting from them I never had one problem. The few repairs that were needed at the apartment during that time were handled quickly and any questions were also answered promptly.
Overall, I got the feeling that they treated their tenants as people and not just another rent check. If I ever find myself moving back to the Philadelphia area, I will be checking

I was very disappointed with the service. I scheduled an appointment to see two listing with someone for a weekend viewing since I work a full time job M-F . He confirmed the date, time and everything. The Saturday I was suppose to see the properties I reached out to the agent and I got no response. I went to the first property at the time I was scheduled and called his number again. I left 2 voice mails and told him to call me back.
