I really enjoy coming here almost every week. The employees here are amazing and polite. The experience is relaxing and I would recommend getting your massage here.

My wife and I have been coming here for many years! They always wait on us in a timely manner. The massages are always what we ask for, never pressured and always leave completely satisfied. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is awesome and attentive. I look forward to my next visit! Highly recommend this establishment!!!

I wanted to give them minus stars but it wasn't available! THE WORST massage ever! The staff is unprofessional and rude. I had a 1 hour massage and 10 minutes into the massage, w/o alerting me they switched masseuse. I'm dealing with a post op Achilles surgery and I made them aware of it. STILL she continued to rub my already irritated Achilles. That's NOT even the worst. During my massage I feel one hand on my head and I hear a phone call being made on speaker phone. This lady actually placed a phone call while she was massaging me. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

I followed Natural Spa (formerly Treat your Feet) from its previous location. I love this place, have been enjoying their services for over 8 years now, even though I moved to Gwinnett Co. If you give them specifics of what's bothering you they will target that area and do a great job. I bring friends that visit me here and they love it too.

I usually get my foot massages up the street at H massage, but they are always booked now & have this new guy that doesn't know how to massage feet. I won't say his name but i can't keep chancing on going there and getting him. Bad for business !! So the last time i was on my way there I passed Massage Natural Spa, I was going to stop, but i don't do good with change lol, so i continued to my usual spot. and BOOM ! i got the horrible dude again & that was my last time going there lmaoooo.

I patronized this place when it was Treat Your Feet. Now I travel 20 minutes just to come here. The staff is pleasant and I always leave relaxed and happy. To all those people who post negative remarks, if you are not vocal about something at the time why come here and post negative feedback. I recommend Natural Spa to everyone I know needs a good relaxing massage at a great price.

This place is GREAT! If you want a Great Massage for a fair price...This is the place. If the music is off, just ask them to turn in on...they forgot. I think this place is Very Clean! Great Body and Foot Massages.

Reusing towels, blankets and pillow covers
Upon arrival we had to wait for them to finish some other people and they allowed my friend and I to wait in the massage room. We watched as they didn’t replace the towels covering the chairs. They didn’t change out the towels covering the head pillows either. Each massage person came in and straightened their towels and pillows so it looked nice for the next customer. When I complained, they offered to spray the chairs with a disinfectant. Even if we weren’t in a pandemic this practice is disgusting.

The lady was on her phone the whole entire time and couldn't even focus on massaging me. She would stop massaging just to text on her phone. Would never come back again. What a shame.

They did a really good job with massage. My mom and I booked services for 30 minutes head, hands and feet massage but turn out we had a full body massage and it definitely lasted a lot longer than 30 minutes. And we still only have to pay $30 each. Will definitely come back!

Awful! managers extort tips for services, arguing that employees do not get paid by owner

This place was horrible! They claimed that they didn't close until 10:00 p.m. My family and I arrived there at 8:30 and noticed that the closing time posted on the door was at 9:00 p.m so we asked if we were able to get a massage. The receptionist said that they closed at 10:00 p.m and showed us to our seats. The massage was very quick and when we were done, a lady rushed us out to the back door (through the ally way). I would like to point out first that a foot massage here is $30 for an hour. Although it says "spa" in their name, do not come here and expect a full luxury spa environment like experience. However, you can still get a great massage for $30! With a foot massage, they do also massage your scalp, shoulder, hands, and back a little. They also have a frequent card where you get a free foot massage during your 10th visit!

I've been to Treat your Feet and Harmony, and as far as bang for your buck I feel like this place gives you the most for 30/hr foot massage. However during it they do focus alot on your back, shoulders, head which some people may prefer most of the time spent on their feet. Usually this place is alot more quiet and calm versus the other spas.

Been coming here for years for foot massages, worst experience today we have ever had. It was burning up in the massage area. Husband told the lady it was hot in there several times but nothing was done about it. Then people were coming in and out of the body massage room, turning the lights off and on, reckless chatter, the environment was not relaxing at all. My massous didnt talk to me at all, didnt even speak to me. Had his ear buds in the whole time. We didnt even finish our massages, we still paid and left. Great place to go for a foot and Body massage for the day. All staff seem to be friendly specially Coco. I know her for many years. She is great massage therapist!
A recommended from Treat your Feet to Natural massage.

Went for a foot massage and ended up with a half hour on my back and half an hour on my feet. You cannot beat the price and quality of this site. When doing foot massage you may be with other folks but it's quiet and relaxed - whispers only. They offer you water and tea also. Inside is dark, clean, and well kept. Definitely will try to get here when I'm in Atlanta next.

I'm an once and a while customer to their store prior to the change of location, Treat Your Feet, and I do tend to spa hop to different companies in search of a good massage therapist. I did found a few; however, they're usually off or preoccupied when I request for them.

Alan would be my go-to for this new place. Not only is he receptive to my injuries and every twitch my body produces (reason: I'm somewhat ticklish), he makes sure to ask every now and then for my satisfaction based on the current pressure.

Did a full hour, too, so that's a plus.

Got a 2-hour massage on a same day booking and had an amazing experience from the phone call to end!!!!

I drove by and saw the sign (I was planning on going to a foot massage place closer to where I'm staying in Mountain Park) so I took my chances. I've been to many foot massage spas from NYC, San Francisco, Taiwan, and the Midwest (like in the mall). They all have their own personalities - this one was more like the NYC Chinatown experience where there is a room filled with chairs each with a client and a therapist. The light is low, warm and relaxing. You're not paying for a fancy spa experience so get over it. Perhaps I lucked out but for $30 I got an hour foot massage that included head, neck

Of the two Treat Your Feet Locations on Buford Highway, this one is definitely the less fancy/less quiet of the two. However, I kind of prefer it. That being said, I give both Treat Your Feet locations on Buford Highway five stars because they are just...really excellent.

This location is a little hard to find, but if keep in mind that it's in a little tiny strip mall between Hong Kong Tailors and a Mexican Restaurant, you may have an easier time.

At this Location of Treat Your Feet, you walk into the reception area, and you rarely need a reservation. In my book, that's a big plus.
