M. Jalie Meinecke graduated from Cody High School in 1992, earned an Associates Degree from Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming in 1994, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming in 1997. Jalie earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2000.
