Called George to ask him about another LLC we were starting. He said we could do that ourselves and save some money, should be complete in 30-90 days. We wanted it soonest so he said come in Monday ask for Judy. She explained everything to our satisfaction and that a third party would be involved should be done in 5-7 days. The next day she called us back to say our LLC was good to go and to come in for some documents!

Short temper, rude and disrespectful ... very arrogant and was yelling at me on phone for a thing he forgot to do on my tax return. He didn't want to admit that he forgot. So I paid his fees and never do my tax there again.
