Very happy so far with the results on my advertising campaign. Sal and Rachel are very upfront with the fact that it takes a few months to start getting significantly more new patients. I have been working with Sal and Rachel for a year to turn our marketing around. We came in with great google reviews but no active marketing momentum as we had quit marketing three years prior. Covid and staff shortages and several other challenges made it a really tough year. We just did our end of year review and despite all that we met our goals. Rachel is fantastic to work with. NPI's mailing campaign has been wildly successful for our practice. The formatting of the mailer is clean and easy to look at, and everyone along the way has been easy to work with. Lee and Rachel are both available when we need them, Lee has experience from several different areas of the dental practice which is all useful and makes him fun to bounce info and ideas off of.
