2. I have found their rates to have the same coverage but yet be lower than. I happened to be at the DMV and inadvertently forgot my Insurance card which was required to switch my plates. Had my insurance premium coming out of my account with another institution. There was an unauthorized transaction that took place on my account which caused the institution to put a hold on my account. All of my transactions were returned. I texted my agent Todd Ewald and also Jessica Finkes and explained what happened and they took great care of me!!!! Thank you for your kindness and for putting my mind at ease!

I have been a client of the Credit Union Insurance Agency for at least 10 years. Pete is my agent and has always taken great care of me! Through multiple cars and moves, he recently helped me score a great policy premium on our new home and bundled in my car too. I like that each year when my insurance is about to renew, that Pete shops me around to the carriers CUIA works with to ensure I am always getting the best value--I don't know of any other insurance agency that does that!

I have been working with the Credit Union Insurance Agency for a few months now. They were able to save me money on my auto policy by shopping my rates between their various carries and searching for any discounts applicable. Not only was my monthly payment lower, they were also able to increase my coverage and fit my needs and giving me peace of mind. A few months after I started working with them, I added my fiancé to my policy. After that, we moved and needed rental coverage. We needed to sign on our new lease the next day. I emailed them our new address and within an hour, they had the policy

My wife and I have gone through CUIA for our home and auto insurance for a number of years now and the level of service we receive is second to none. They're proactive in making sure our rates are competitive, and any time we have to make an update to our policies they are so pleasant to work with. I can't recommend them enough.
