Although I'm originally from a small beach town in Southern California, I came north for law school, fell in love with the area, and never saw a reason to leave. My roots are now solidly set in the Central Valley. The great thing about working for Crabtree Schmidt is that our small size allows us to quickly adjust and handle all our clients' needs, no matter what area of the law suddenly confronts them.
At Crabtree Schmidt, we represent business owners, developers, farmers and other parties in a broad range of legal matters. Because of our wide-ranging practice, we are prepared to help you with today's legal problem, and remain your source of trusted legal guidance in the future.

Attorney Michael Dennis and his paralegal Teri were wonderful to work with. They are extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They truly care about their clients and their law practice and work in a very timely manner. Teri promptly responded to each and every email or phone call that I made and she worked very hard along with Mr. Dennis on my behalf. I can’t recommend them enough.
