I'm so grateful for Atty. Kleinbaum and Melissa for handling my speeding violation. Attty Kleinbaum represented me in the court because I live far from Chatham, NY where I got pulled over-speeding 19 miles over the limit. He got my speeding points reduced to no points and was given a parking violation instead, which only cost me $175. His service fee is also affordable. Miss Melissa was very nice and accommodating, she replies whenever I have inquires.

I would highly recommend James Kleinbaum. I got a speeding ticket on my way home from a weekend trip in upstate ny. Apparently there is a known speed trap along the parkway. I didn't know. A trooper pulled us over and gave me a ticket with 6 points!!! 12 points would have suspended my NY driver license! James did a great job getting rid of all the points. Highly recommend!!!

I had the opposite experience as Julie K. James didn't assure me of anything (and I don't know any lawyer in today's society ever would give assurances) but over delivered. I was looking at a four point infraction and James came through with no points and $175 fine. Works for me. If I am in the same situation again I will certainly give James a call.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT use Attorney Kleinbaum. He charged $300 for a speeding ticket that should have been plead down to a "driving with unsafe tires" out of the mouth of the state trooper who stopped us. But instead he did absolutely nothing. We still got 2 points and a $193 fine. He made assurances that he could handle this easily. The only reason we had to hire a lawyer was that we are from Florida and could not appear. He also has not returned emails asking what and why??? The only reason he got any stars is that you have to give at least one. Shame on him!!
