I am new to this area and a friend recommended Martin Mechanics to me. I set up an appt for service, however my vehicle had another issue and Martin Mechanics ,though very busy, told me to have my car brought to them. They diagnosed the issues with my car and repaired it within 3 days even though they were extremely booked. The cost was very reasonable for the work I had done. These folks, Cody , in particular were utmost gracious , friendly and understanding. Martin Mechanics is my go to business for behicle service and I highly recommend them for any and all vehicle repairs and or service.

Dropped my truck off, they called me Monday morning ( barelyrunning but not driveable) saying I needed new batteries, I approved, said they would call me with what they find wrong with it. Don't hear anything the rest of the day or on Tuesday. Wednesday my wife was leaving the gym and sees a tech pull up to the gym in my truck, jumps out with his gym bag and works out for an hour. I called the shop and was lied to about it. When we pick it up the next day the bill was $200 more than I agreed to. Never am apology or anything. I will never go back there again.

Gave Martin Mechanics a call to see if I could get an appointment after getting frustrated trying to deal with the dealership. They were able to get me in a few days later just for a basic oil change/tire rotation. Very pleasant to work with, did a good job, and the price was very fair. Nice location easy to get to! Give them a shot if you need maintenance on your car!

I need to give a shout out to the staff at Martin Mechanics. I was driving to Greensboro from Columbia on I-85 and my car dashboard lights indicated trouble. Fortunately, I found Martin Mechanics and gave them a call. The phone was answered promptly and they are only a mile from the interstate. They were able to check the diagnostics on my car immediately. After reassuring me that the problem was not going to keep me from continuing to Greensboro, they were more than kind in their pricing. I am not automotive-savvy and they could have taken advantage of me, but didn't. Their waiting room is
