Services
We assist with the setup of S Corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships. The decision as to the type of entity is a crucial one from the aspects of both tax and business liability. It is important that the initial setup should be handled correctly in order to avoid the need for costly fixes later on. Of course we prepare business tax returns, payroll tax reports, and virtually all required business filings.

These people will definitely take care of your accounting needs. Have been a client for years, and have never been disappointed. Very consistent and accurate dependability is what I've been able to rely on. The other nice aspect of this place is the relaxed, and comfortable environment, as well as the warm feeling you get everytime you visit. Always professional and polite. We have worked hard to run our business with integrity and honesty so have found trying to follow the tax laws a real challenge. I'll never do my own taxes again. After the money I saved last year... It would be silly to not let Randall work his refund magic on you. His office had already supplied me with a tax planning document for this year to help me get organized (Lord knows I need that!). Not to mention that Randall and every member of his team I've interacted with has been super nice. :)
