Services
When someone hears family law, they immediately think of DIVORCE. Contrary to popular belief, family law covers everything regarding your family. The information on this website is for general information purposes only. Nothing on this site should be taken as legal advice for any individual case or situation.
If you have outgrown your marriage and decided it is time to part ways, I am here to help you. You can file for divorce in Massachusetts if you have lived in the state for at least one year. I am currently located in Chicopee, MA and represent all surrounding areas in Western Massachusetts. The process of getting divorced in Massachusetts can be exhausting and time consuming.
I understand it can be stressful when it comes to the custody of our children. That is why having an attorney that will put your children's best interest above all else is very important. I am passionate about children and the relationship they maintain with both of their parents as I have been in your position.
In order to adopt in the state of Massachusetts, you must be at least 18 years old. You or the child must be a resident of Massachusetts. If you're married, both spouses must be a part of the adoption (except in very rare circumstances.) If you are single or an unmarried couple, you may also adopt.

BEWARE! SHE IS NOT A GOOD ATTORNEY, SHE DOESN'T FOLLOW UP. I HAVE SPENT OVER $10K ON MY DIVORCE AND GOT NOTHING IN RETURN..BUT BILLS FOR ITEMS AND DISCUSSION WITH MY EX THAT I WASN'T AWARE OF. HER COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE, SHE DOESN'T WORK FOR HER CLIENTS BUT FOR THE OTHER PARTY. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON HER. NOW I HAVE FIND ANOTHER LAW TO FINISH THE JOB. WHAT A JOKE!

Critical: Professionalism
Unprofessional paralegal staff; publicly posting a "funny" meme about a client's ex being served when it is a case sitting on Amanda's desk is extremely unbecoming for a law office.
