Been here a few times and always a good experience and service ! They always have a deal for couples massage. And they'll decorate your room if you are celebrating a special occasion. This time we got Nemo and Po. Nemo and Po were great. You let them know your trouble areas and how much pressure to apply. They take good care of you. They have reserved stalls for parking and they validate. Washrooms are available for your use. And they serve you hot tea/water and cookies/biscuit after your massage. I would definitely recommend this business !

Horrible massage. I told them medium and every time I said it was painful, they barely adjusted. At certain points, it made my soreness on my muscles even worse and excruciating pain. I get it's a Thai massage, but using your elbows and knees on someone does not feel good at all. When we try to pay we card, they said they didn't take it. When the lady followed us to the ATM, she said $120. However, when we got the cash she said tip so we gave her $10 (Total was $120 for me and my fiancé). We were staying in Waikiki and decided to get a couple's massage. My husband found this place and booked us appointments. We got there and realized it was the same place we had a massage at a few years ago. We were glad because that massage was very memorable for how good it was. Good to know that some things never change! Nancy was the one who gave a massage to my husband and Nemo was the one who gave me a massage. For me, Nemo did an EXCELLENT job! He asked where to concentrate and I told him he would probably find the spots...and he did! He did an amazing job of finding the knots and issues

We had the couples 90 minute massage today with Nemo and Richie, they did a fantastic job and were very caring and responsive to what we needed. We felt amazing for hours afterward, and absolutely recommend! The Establishment is very clean, and relaxing. Everyone there is very friendly and polite. I consider it good value for the money as well.

I took my senior mom this place during our vacation, we were very disappointed from poor massage therapies we had received. I am not sure if they had proper massage training. Their massage techniques were either too light(almost rubbing with oil) or applying pressure on wrong spot that caused pain. I won't leave their name cuz I don't want to hurt their business but I am leaving the review so they can improve. This may be a place for people

I booked an appointment for a romantic couples massage as an early Birthday present for Bae. I made the appointment at 6:30pm (perfect timing to see the colors changing in the sky and see the City lights at the end). I requested our room to be decorated with the swans and roses . Pin Thai has great service and very comfortable prices, we had a nice and welcoming massage by Nikki and Nemo. Both masseuse ensured we were comfortable and the massage degree was to our liking. I have been visiting Pin Thai with my GF since 2013. Every birthday, anniversary and little celebrations we treat ourselves here. Today's visit was particularly special for us, because we had exceptional masseuses Lily and Ling. They're absolutely lovely and friendly. The spa treatment has left us completely relieved of pain and stress from troubles of work and age haha. I highly recommend Pin Thain and especially Lily and Ling if you need a couples massage.

-When we arrived they called us 10mins after our appt time and again, the massage didn't even last the whole hour.

Highly recommand this place!!! My boyfriend and I had a 90 minutes body massage, the people here are very professional, the environment is so clean, view is perfect, and have lilies in every room which smells good. Everything is SANITIZED. This is the best massage experience I have ever had overall. I love this place! After all the fun activities you have done on the island, this is the place to make you relax and get away from all the tiredness.
