Services
When we have a good idea what you want in your new home, we will give you a price proposal. We'll sign the contract and outline specifications. You will need a 5 to 10 percent down payment. The permit process can take minutes or weeks depending on the rules where the home will be built. After we get the permits, we can actually begin construction.

This group built my house a few years ago. I’ve had nothing but problems with the house. The build and finishing work was shoddy at best. Staff was very unhelpful and rude. I was told by others in the community not to hire this builder as they use subpar materials and the cheapest labor they can get. It shows in my house. Unfortunately there are no options in this area and this builder knows it. Ask around and you will find many unhappy customers.
