I have never been in a accident before and Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz has done an amazing job, I barely had to do anything but e sign in my email. I even got more then what was expected for my type of accident. They are so professional, so respectful, and so sincere about you and your case. Never even bothered to go thru with service. The receptionist told me everything. Rude, unapologetic & unprofessional. Was advised that an attorney would give me a call back the next day @ 4:30pm (which is basically end of business day) just for consultation. Mind you, I called and had advised a settlement from the insurance co had already been offered, I only asked to speak to know there fees & for that I needed to wait till end of next business day??? No thanks
