Asturian has successfully completed projects as "At-Risk" and "CM Agency" parties. In both cases, our goal is to assist the owner by assuming a leadership role to oversee the project's design, preconstruction, and construction efforts. In some instances, Asturian hires the design team and utilizes the Design-Build construction methods.
