His representation in my husband's case was awful. He was unprepared and his indifference bordered on psychopathic.
My husband never was properly sent the files prior to the hearing even though he requested them well ahead of time.
In addition, he allowed the ALJ to embarrass and intimidate me and dismiss me like I was some kind of bum.
Absolutely humiliating.
Stay away from this place.

The elements of this affray is not trivial.
His disregard for my interests was psychopathic.
He failed to provide the documents to me prior to my hearing and deprived me of the ability to be up to speed.
Furthermore he allowed the ALJ Mr.Wilson to deny my right to present my witness to speak in my case thus depriving me of due process.
His elitist arrogant attitude pervaded our every interaction.
One would be better served by poison snakes.
He did nothing we discussed and agreed to....nothing.
He allowed the ALJ Mr Wilson to intimidate and single out both myself and dear wife as if we where somehow

Keep on shopping. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM, unless you want to be inconvenienced completely. Secretary _______, is beyond inconsiderate. This person scheduled the closing date prematurely, thereby causing financial loss for me, I am self employed and 7 hours away. This secretary, admitted she didn't have all the necessary information when she scheduled the closing. I lost so much income, not taking appointments, rescheduling appointments.... its undeniable the lack of concern for their clients. I hope no one has to experience this lack of attention to detail. Just keep on driving.

Tried to get his help with Social Security, he indecisively refused to help. I easily won my case without attorney help. While at Social Security waiting for my hearing a lady was waiting for Mr. Bowling and he never showed. It reassured me that not having him as a lawyer was for the best. I HIGHLY recommend seeking any other lawyer.
