Rich said he would help me and that everything would be ok and then backed out with the explanation that I wasn’t injured enough for the case to be worthwhile for him (“it sounds like you’re just interested in recovering your medical expenses and nothing more”). For someone who is dealing with health issues related to an accident and trying to navigate healthcare that is totally outside the norm of what I’m used to this was a huge disappointment and wasn’t at all the right thing to do.
