NEVER go to this attorney unless you want your case to be rejected for personal reasons.
She took on my divorce case only to drop me 1 week before mediation date. Stating she had a internal conflict due to a working relationship her husband and my brother had, all the while she accepted my case knowing that relationship existed.
I would describe her as negligent, irresponsible and a disgrace to the trade.
Take this as a warning save your money and avoid the headache she will give you if you ask her to represent you.

I had what sounds like an identical experience as another reviewer had when I had a consultation with Ms. Kutty this afternoon. My appointment was at 4:00 and I finally called her office at almost 4:15 to see if she was still going to call me for our appointment (that was the plan). Her receptionist passed me to her and it was clear she hadn’t taken the time to read any of the information I was required to submit prior to our meeting. Divorce is never easy. Specially when you don’t even know your spouse has filed for divorce and you don’t even live in the country or even a citizen of the United States. I was recommended to Kutty and Associates through a common connection. I reached out to her because I received a very legal looking document from my spouse demanding money. When I first came to Mrs. Kutty, I was frustrated and lost with the legal system. The mother of my child was destroying me in court, and my court appointed lawyer was no help. With the guidance and hard work of Mrs. Kutty I went from having supervised visitation with my son to having full custody. For a father to get full custody in Texas is beyond rare. She was always honest with our expectations through out the entire court process. A lot of lawyers will tell you whatever you want to here in order to get your business and cash the check.
