Timonere Law Offices is located in Jefferson, Ohio. We routinely represent clients throughout Northeast Ohio, so we also use conference facilities in Lake, Geauga, Trumbull and Mahoning counties. Jane Timonere is the owner and supervising attorney of the practice, which was founded in 2003 when Jane took over the practice of attorney John Wynn who retired after a long, successful career.
Under Jane's leadership, the office underwent technological upgrades then purchased and remodeled our Century Building when Mr. Wynn's office became too small to handle our client load. Our attorneys have been admitted to practice law in all Ohio Courts, as well as the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Some lawyers work for their fee, others work for their clients realizing that satisfied clients are the best advertisement any lawyer can have. But there is more to the practice of law than fees, our lawyers have practiced long enough to understand and sympathize with the fear, stress, and uncertainty legal problems bring into someone's life.

I spoke with Jim Timonere at length about my case involving getting my daughter's last name changed. Unfortunately I went to the initial hearing before contacting a lawyer and flubbed it. I really wish I had contacted this office before I stepped foot in court. Jim took a great deal of time talking me through my situation, and even though by my own dropping of the ball I never made it back to court, I know more about the system and the process and what different steps I can take moving forward to better my situation. Very disappointed in Jane This is by far the worst Lawyer paid this lawyer so much money wouldn’t even have meetings with me wouldn’t return my phone calls wouldn’t schedule a meeting before the court date. Incourt she was totally like on the other side and not fighting for what I wanted and what I paid her for we just got done with court I just fired her and I will find a different lawyer do not waste your time or your money on her! I wouldn’t recommend her to ANYONE and I will NEVER go to her again. She is just out for your money and she will take the other side and not give you what

Dealing with the legal system is never a happy affair. Going through a divorce, custody battle or other legal issues is very frustrating. Jane and her husband Jim Timonere are compassionate, kind, professional and caring. They cannot perform miracles, but got me the best possible outcome in my divorce. They will be honest as to what you can expect, what pitfalls you may encounter, and what steps you should take. Jane is awesome, when I contacted her with an out of state case she responded quickly. She was so helpful and informative. She answered my questions and was upfront with me.
Reading some negativity on here is disturbing. No case is the same and I urge you not to leave a negative review on anything just because emotions get in the way.
Even in my… situation- she did not tell me "what i wanted to hear" and I'm thankful for the honesty. Id rather have someone tell me the truth even though its not what I planned than to give me false hope.
Please do your research and don't base all of your decisions

Jane totally misrepresented my daughter. Took her money and appeared in court one time unprepared. Never subpoenad any documents that were needed. Never turned in any documents that she was given to the judge so he could make a ruling. She is refusing to refund the money. She did absolutely nothing to represent her client. NOTHING!!!!
