Every time I go to get my car done by Abs they have always been very kind, let me know if any of the original plans changed (if they need to keep my car an extra hour they call me) most places I’ve been to don’t try to communicate or connect with their clients or let them know what’s going on. They are super honest about what’s wrong with your car and will show you (which I appreciate) I also appreciate that they aren’t pushy about ordering parts/using them for repairs. All together will be using them for many years until I move or die :)

It looks like ABS Performance Auto Repair isn't an entrant in Examiner Enterprise's 2021 'Best of the Best' Community Awards... which is a shame because after the above-and-beyond service they provided my husband I would vote for them hands down.
ABS worked over the weekend and stayed late today to get my husband's car back to us in time for him to drive it to work tomorrow. They also showed my husband what they had found and were working on. They were beyond professional.

Terrible customer service. It took 3 months just to fix a clutch. Never updated you on anything. I asked on multiple occasions what the price was going to be to just confirm. When they were finished 3 months later the owner I presume David who I was talking to gave me the "final" price. I go in a week later to pick up my vehicle and the price somehow jumped up to 600$+ of the price that was quoted and what was told to me at the a week prior to me picking up my vehicle. He also, somehow "lost" the invoice of the price as well. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Preston did an awesome job keeping me in the loop with what was going on and a quote. He was very professional and got us in for car work. I appreciate the companies honesty! When I arrived to pick up vehicle the cost was less than I had been quoted and work was completed early. They did a great job and even a couple of extras on the car. Thank you!

Once again I received an outstanding service from ABS. I had a difficult to find electronics problem which they pinned down to an electronic module in the drivers door that controlled a number of services for the whole car (power windows, electronic door locks, auto seat adjustments, and several other functions). It was determined that a new replacement was not available and no longer made anywhere in the US. They found me a warrantied used one (6 months), had it shipped in and installed all in the space of 5 working days for everything. There was considerable cost savings as well. I highly recommend

I brought a high performance automobile to ABS Performance to check a service light. When the car was returned, it came back with both right and left fenders scraped with the same color paint as the building and the radio damaged. Instead of having David the owner, head mechanic drive the very expensive Italian sports car, they allowed the receptionist to test drive it.

This company added an extra part onto the repair and the bill without calling and telling us first. Also, there was dirt or grease on both of the front seats and floor mat when we picked up our vehicle. We had change in the car that was all over the floor of the car when we picked it up. We won't go back. First impression was not a good one.
