Clifton Construction started in Individual Residential site preparation in 1988 specializing in foundation construction. While continuing in the Residential Site Preparation field through 2001, we began to expand into residential development. In 2006, we expanded further into Commercial Site Preparation.
Since diving into the commercial side of construction, Clifton has completed well over 100 projects. Working in a 100 mile radius of Knoxville, TN, we have constructed 37 residential subdivisions, while also completing the grading & utility installation on 84 commercial & industrial sites. The majority of our business comes from repeat customers.
