Sean and his staff are amazing. My husband accepted a job offer out of state and they needed him there quickly. We needed to sell our house and make this move as soon as possible. Having worked with Sean before, I knew he and his staff would make this happen. Sean came out immediately and we got the process started. During this process, Sean went on a planned vacation. Instead of handing us off to another agent, he kept in constant contact with any updates and showings. We had a few offers and were under contact in about a week and a half!

I had (and having) a very good experience with Preferred Reality. Mainly Sean Hulse. He helped me find right tenant, very quickly. He gave good suggestions on the issues/problems with the house, which required urgent attention. Helped with good person/contractor to fix those. He found tenant quickly and entire process went pretty smooth. Definitely recommend him.
