I paid for three sessions but only received two.
I bought a Groupon Three session massage for me and the same thing as a gift for my sister. When I went for my first session Ben claimed all three sessions on my Groupon but I didn't question that because I generally believe people are good and assumed he is an honorable person and he gave me all three massages. But when my sister started her sessions Ben did the same thing and claimed all three massages at once but never gave her the third massage. So if you buy more than one session from him, make sure he honors all the sessions.

Completely unacceptable. His customer service is rotten to the core. I purchased the groupon deal and scheduled months prior. Unlike EVERY business that give courtesy calls to remind them of scheduled appointment 3 months prior....no word from "massage by Ben" I was bedridden with the flu (103 temp, ache, cough, etc), for 3 days and under meds....missed my appointment. His condescending tone and lack of compassion or empathy plainly stated that he "redeemed" my voucher and he refused to resolve the situation. He is more concerned that there was a "Hole" in schedule

Ben has got some serious mad skillz. Really, he is the BEST massage therapist I have ever been to.
I love massages and was a groupon massage junkie, trying different therapists all over town. So happy I bought the one from Ben! He is really in a class by himself.
When I went to see him I was having some serious back and shoulder issues as a new mom with a 6 month old baby. I usually like trigger point and super deep tissue because I feel like it's the most therapeutic. Ben's massage was different, it felt great but didn't feel like he was pressing especially hard. When I left
