Services
In practice since 2009, Dr. Theresa Crandall took over Coastal Spine and Rehab Center in 2012 to share the healing of chiropractic care with the Hudson and its surrounding communities. Our office has been a chiropractic practice since 1985 and is conveniently located in the Scott Medical Plaza across the street from the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point.
Rather than fixing your problem, Dr. Theresa removes any misalignments in your spine that are preventing your body from working at its full function. Your body does the work - we're just the facilitator that releases your potential! If you've been sidelined by pain that has prevented you from participating in all the activities you enjoy, Deep Tissue Laser Therapy can get you back in the game.

Though she worked in cybersecurity after college, Dr. Theresa understood the value of chiropractic after spending many years serving as a chiropractic assistant. She soon realized that she wasn't happy in her chosen field, and talked over her options with her husband. I knew I was happiest when I was working for the chiropractor, so my husband suggested that I enter the profession.
Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico he is a proud Latin-American who has made Wesley Chapel, Florida his home. He attended Miami Dade College where he earned his Opticianry & Opthalmic Technicians degree. Having worked for several years in the Medical Visual Field, he continued his studies and received a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Excelsior College in New York.

Absolutely the best care that I’ve ever had from any chiropractor anywhere. I am long-term back suffer. Dr. Teresa and staff couldn’t be more friendly professional organized their equipment is great, state of the art. Great personal service taking the time to understand the individual needs and concerns of every patient.Also they offer a massage by a wonderful masseuse highly skilled, couldn’t be happier

The doc is amazing!!! So thoughtful and really listens to you. I have had a chronic lower back issue for over a year. She listened to me and didn’t dismiss my thoughts on what I thought was happening. I walked in with a 7 out of 10 pain and left with a 2 after a ten minute treatment. I never would of thought! I am now on a 2 week treatment plan. They didn’t pressure me to do anything ( which was amazing). I highly recommend this place!
