Tucson Water has contracted with KE&G to replace mechanical water meters with new AMR water meters. KE&G employees get paid by how many meters they replace daily. They are not paid by the hour, thus these employees will not tell customers in advance that they will be replacing their meters, turning off their water while doing so, getting mud, dirt, and other debris into their faucets and fixtures after new install, and not fully turning all valves back on when done which will minimize pressure and flow. Don't you want to experience this when you are in the shower getting ready for

Horrible first impression of this company as I was harassed by an employee with road rage. He followed me, (a young woman driving alone) into a parking lot and sat behind my car in his company truck, seemingly waiting for me to get out. What he would've done, I don't know but I was afraid for my safety. This was Monday 7/26.
