If I could give zero stars I would. He is the most obnoxious and rude "professional " I have ever encountered. I called to ask a simple question about a document that I had to have notarized for his office. I was concerned because the name was incorrect, as I have gotten married. He answered the phone and began asking my question. He interrupted and Yelled "I don't understand what you are talking and I'm in a meeting!". Well Mr. Brilliant, don't answer the phone if you're tied up. I tried to explain my question again and he hung up on me. I called back and I couldn't get a word in as he YELLED

Disappointing! To start I was referred to his office for a consultation for Landlord Tenant/Eviction-he was very short , seemed irritated that I was even calling him , and spoke to me like I was incompetent … not helpful when I did ask questions. Discouraged after consultation my situation changed where I had to see a attorney so being he was the only attorney that worked with USA Legal Services in Lake County I called back.. hoping to be able to work with this office on the situation just to be more dissatisfied. I sent over all the paperwork to the attorney and then was asked to resend again

I spent 1 hour to drive to the office of Wynn W Scott. I had hope to be help for my case but Mr W. Scott was telling that my case is a lost case. We always deserve some hope, I don't advise W" Scott if you don't want to finish desperate. Bad experience and didn't want to provide any advise that will help me to move forward. I spent my time for nothing
