Kim Dalton has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1989; after becoming a licensed Realtor, she obtained her Brokers license in 1995. She worked for Lavinder Real Estate from 1989 to 2006, while obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology in 1991 from Radford University, in Radford, VA.

Just my opinion, Very sketchy practices. I viewed the listing on Trulia. The listing said fill out the application on the RiversEdge website. I filled out the application on their website, but there is no option of choosing what property you are applying for, (Which is very important) You are just blindly putting in applications for properties that may have been approved already to another applicant. $35 per application, per adult, per house, Maybe you have had a good experience, Maybe the website just has a poor design. I wish I could give zero stars. The house we lived in was a mess, and every time something broke this was their response “well, it’s not a priority” so how about me paying the full rent also not being my priority since what I’m paying for I can’t use it?
They use cheap contractors just to put a bandaid on the maintenance issues. Also, very rude to the tenants, I cringed every time I had to speak with the 2 ladies that work there.
