I originally retained Pinkham and Associates to assist me in my unfounded Domestic Violence case that was successfully dismissed in March. Jessica Cha was my attourney. The strange thing about it was no matter what opposing council would suggest we take, my lawyer would urge me to accept it pretty much as written and scare me of the further consequences if I didn't.

I was in dire need of a attorney I was very stressed and emotional as I was speaking to Mr. Lee he was rolling is eyes at me and Mr. Pinkham was nowhere to be found for the appointment that I had with him.
I told Mr. Pinkham about Mr. Lee behavior he just left it and he said I will tell him.
I was looking for solutions that they did not provide just a ridiculous objective and did not respond to my email so I retained a DV attorney which had a time limit that needed response to and he didn’t care to elaborate on it. I had to retain another attorney to take care of the DV issue and told Mr. Pinkham

More of an administrator than a lawyer. Did NOT fight for me and instead they gave in to all my ex’s demands. Constantly had to email them for updates as they do not communicate. The lawyer who rep'd me in court misprounded my name, told me he thought my ex was hot, and was eventually fired. Doug reimbursed me for about 30% of the total bill, but I still got hosed. Be warned.

These guys are incredible!!! After contacting a dozen firms in the San Jose area I had discovered that with out large sums of money I could learn very little about a divorce. I stumbled upon a video done by Pinkham and associates that opened my eyes. Without the request of a single dollar David Pinkham answered his phone early in the morning and spent time to give me clear and concise information about starting the process. My ex is trying to accuse me of neglect and abuse. Simply because he does not want me to leave him. Of course most people say represent yourself and save. I said no, I will search and find the best attorney. I believe I did.

I just posted this on yelp but wanted to make sure everyone sees it on Google as well to ensure people understand the level and quality of service by Doug Pinkham.
I can't recommend Doug enough. I talked to Doug over the phone 4:30pm on June 26 and needed Doug to review a legal document ASAP. I am moving away this weekend and my ex wife and her lawyer are on slow mode. Doug reviewed my document that night and debriefed me at 9pm with his expert advice. You will not get any better service than that!!!
Most lawyers in Marin California work 9-5. I also wanted to say that Doug reviewed my documents
